Nelson Mandela Sculpture by Marco Cianfanelli

Former President Nelson Mandela is an incredibly inspiring figure of our time, and will be forever remembered for his noble charismatic attitude. To pay homage to this remarkable man a unique sculpture was unveiled to commemorate 50 years since his imfamous arrest which resulted in his incarcerated for 27 years, most of which was spend on Robben Island. The sculpture is created from 50 charcoal coloured steal columns which now stand on the site where he was captured.
