(via MoMA | Richard Serra’s Delineator Comes to MoMA) MoMA has acquired Richard Serra’s Delineator and shares the installation photos from it’s INSIDE/OUT blog. “Delineator” has always been one of my favorite Serra sculptures to experience. With the overhead piece laid into the ceiling and appearing weightless, you can almost forget that there’s a ton of steel above your head that could flatten you. No matter how many times I passed under it during the major retrospective a few years ago, my skin still bristled with danger warnings even as I knew intellectually that it was secure.
