The Center for Emerging Visual Artists here in Philadelphia has sent out a call for artists for it’s 2-year Career Development Program. Artists who live within a 100 mile radius of Philadelphia (including New York and it’s five boroughs, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland) are eligible to apply. The application deadline is November 1, 2010.
